We
will first focus on collecting current hardware, software and procedures,
business processes, personnel requirements and any other additional
information that is deemed necessary. We will then document the
collected information to the extent required to adequately define
the future state. Subsequently, we will focus on developing the
future hardware, software and procedures to support the technology
drivers for the organization. As part of this approach, we will
identify gaps between the current and future state and identify
improvement / effectiveness measures that will assist the organization
in achieving its current and future vision.
Project
Kickoff: The project will initiate with a Team Planning Session.
The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Technology Discovery
Session (TDS), answer the organization's and management's concerns,
refine scope issues, and objectives, and generate consensus regarding
how to proceed. Participants for the Technology Discovery Session
(TDS) will also be identified and scheduled for preparatory interviews
as needed.
Client
Questionnaire Completion: Client questionnaires will be distributed
to the appropriate staff. The questionnaires are then returned to
Synerteck in a prescribed manner and timeframe as determined during
the Team Planning Session.
Client
Interviews: Upon completion of all pre-interview questionnaires,
we will conduct onsite interviews with client personnel to include
network engineers, operations, security, database administrators,
and management. At the request of the organization or Synerteck,
we may interview additional personnel, which were not previously
identified during the Team Planning Session.
Analysis
of Completed Survey: Upon completion of all questionnaires and
client interviews, Synerteck will consolidate, synthesize, evaluate
and compile recommendations with client interaction as needed.
